"Staff was excellent and very attentive to all issues as they were great ambassadors for the company. Did have issues with the plumbing though as faucets and showers would only pump out lukewarm water for few minutes. This even after plumber had been called to the building on the first night of our stay. Other minor issue is that the in-room safe was locked closed when we arrived."

"Good basic place for overnight stay on a road trip. Clean room, comfy bed, warm shower with a fluffy towel- everything i needed. Place is being renovated and not everything is done yet but good for a quick stay. Also convenient for a trip to Penn State for a visit. "

"Hotel should have staff clear snow and slush from sidewalks around and entering building. People are entering and exiting the building with their hands full with luggage or personal items. Slipping/falling risk very high and individuals may not be able to brace for a fall. "

"Overall was great. The breakfast left something to be desired, but it was appreciated to see the coffee offered was from a local roaster. As a coffee roaster I appreciated seeing that they served something decent locally made. Room next door was a little noisy, again something to be desired but thanks to the air system it muted them out. Everything was clean and enjoyable otherwise and decent location to campus. Only a 5 min drive each morning. Staff was very friendly."
