"This apartment is in a really bad area of town. The apartment itself is okay, nothing special there is no air conditioning so you need to open all the windows. The 3 windows in the front of the apartment were broken with the screens cut out. Therefore in order to have the apartment not be grossly hot we would have to prop the windows open and have the bugs come in. The back windows do not have curtains so anyone could creep in at night. "Property was clean organized and very well thought out. Everything needed was provided and labelled nicely. On the listing it did not indicate the property had cameras. One of which is located very near to the hot tub which made it a deterrent to use the hot tub. Other than that very lovely property close to town. Many games, watercraft’s and seating provided.
