"The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....

"We enjoyed our stay at the Indigo Inn very much. It has a great location and is within walking distance of a lot of attractions. The front desk and cleaning staff were excellent, friendly and lots of smiles. The food staff gentleman was a little crabby, thus the 4 stars. "

"We choose this because of the location close to downtown. The room was clean, the bed and pillows super comfortable. It was within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and venues. The tub/shower/toilet area was super tiny and there was no way to turn off the fan so it ran 24/7. A bit annoying at night."

"The coverlet had holes in it. There was only one chair. The room service did not make the bed, but did rreplace used towels."
