Location central to a hub of activity, easy walking distance to shops, bars, and restaurants. Beware that the proximity to nightlife may disturb a light sleeper, however owner has made accomodation with sound devices."

"We enjoyed staying at this house while in town for a family wedding. The house was clean and recently renovated. Beds were comfortable and linens and towels were provided. Be aware there are no young child items. We brought our own baby gate for the stairs and plastic cups and dishwater. Plenty of nice cooking tools in the kitchen. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"This waterfront property exceeded all our expectations! Our party of 20, kids and adults, had plenty of space indoors and out to eat, play and relax. The waterfront location is stunning - we spent countless hours enjoying the views and outdoor activities. One of our highlights was enjoying our morning coffee as we watched the sunrise from the deck or patio area. "Very cute ranch in a lovely neighborhood. Good location for access to area sites like Hammonasset Beach, Chamard Vineyard, and the Water's Edge. Not truly a "water's view", but the house had all the amenities needed for a fun stay! "

"Washer downstairs unavailable, thermostat only on request, feather pillows (allergy). Otherwise it was ok with plenty of bedrooms and baths. "
