"A group of friends and family from NJ and Boston stayed as a reunion before the craziness of the holidays. The house, the location, the weather, everything was incredible from start to finish. Just minutes away walking from plenty of restaurants and bars! The hosts came with plenty of recommendations, and helped make our decision for dining for the weekend. It takes 24-36 hours to get a beach parking pass, so apply before you go. Owner/property manager very responsive. "We had a fantastic experience at the Eagles Nest ! The focus of our stay was golf & 35+ years of friendship and the Eagles Nest set up perfectly for our group of 7. First of all the home and property were immaculate upon arrival, nothing out of place, everything clean & glowing, and not a crumb to be found. "We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage and already are planning to return. The cottage was well equipped with kitchen, bathroom and actual cable tv - super important as we traveled over prime football season. We were very comfortable, the area was quiet and very conveniently located near the holiday lights and the waterfront. "

"Big house with room for lots of people adults and kids. Great location on lake basically all by yourself. We kayaked across the lake and hiked around it. Many other hiking trails in the area. Great history in all directions. Easy access to skiing and the ocean. "
