"The chalet was perfect for 2 families (young teens, 8 total). It was clean, well presented and equipped, and the owner was very responsive and helpful at all times. You couldn't ask for more! It is exceptionally well located for many active outdoor activities (hiking, trail running and many more, some direct from the chalet others just a short drive away). "We spent 10 days at Dominque’s property and didn’t want to leave! The property comprises of three separate rooms with their own shower and toilet, so best suited to couples or those with older children. We cooked many meals there and there were many essentials that we could use. The drive is about 30 minutes to Nice , so best to buy food etc beforehand in the nearby town. The space outside is amazing with many olive trees and numerous herbs and different levels for you to sit and just enjoy...

"The property was ideally placed for access to local transport networks to easily get around and see the best of Nice. Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property. For examples some light switch covers kept falling off, the sofa bed was dated, and the railing in one of the lifts was very loose/broken, but the location easily made up for it.
