" My wife and I were very appreciative of the professionalism and friendliness of the Hotel clerk, Yolanda. She welcomed us with a big smile and was very gracious. The next day when I asked for another washcloth, I know a very simple request, the gentleman who was at the desk, immediately got up and went to the laundry room area and then brought us a couple extra washcloths directly to the door for us.
