"Aurora is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! Perfectly manicured by the groundskeepers, there is no garbage or litter to be found anywhere, no gum on the sidewalks…. an old picturesque small town, and nothing about it is rundown! "This was an unplanned stop, but due to weather, we decided to stop here. The hotel was completely charming and the restaurant was amazing! Service for the hotel and restaurant was outstanding -and a plus was the gluten free menu which was a great surprise for us. "

"Pros: Conveniently located, the hotel was a straight road to the mall. Excellent service from the front desk crew. The room was very clean, and the towels and bedding looked new. Cons: Two story motel, so no elevator. It was an old property, so the heater was loud, and the bathroom needs to be updated. The "free breakfast" was pre-packaged sugary danishes, juice, and coffee. It was a terrible offering, the claim is misleading. Go one minute west to McDonalds, or east to Stella's Diner...

"Was a great stay for the kids! They loved the jacuzzi tub in our room. Only complaint was the pool was freezing! The main reason we got the hotel room for the night to go swimming and we only could stay in for a short time. But other than that facility was clean and everyone was helpful and friendly. We would stay again!! "

"Everything was great! John at the front desk for check in was quick and friendly. The lady at breakfast was beyond amazing. She made sure everything was safe for my granddght with allergies, even brought me the package to read ingredients! Pool was warm and very clean. Hot tub was warm, not hot, but perfect for the younger kids. "

"Loved the place and the remoteness. The water pump wasn't working, but a solution was promptly provided. It wasn't the best situation, but it worked. Also, the second bed appeared to be a mattress pad behind the main bed. We ended up just sharing the bed for the duration of the stay. Would return, but would love those issues/inaccuracies to be fixed."
