"The Dunedin Palms is a great value. We spent three nights there during high season. The location is excellent -downtown and a short walk to the octagon (center of town) and only 2 blocks to the Speights brewery/pub. It's located about 1/3 of the way up a hill. But it's not that steep and was not a problem for us. We stayed in a 1 BR apartment and it was huge and very clean with lots of space. "Spacious rooms, had a separate queen bedroom, plus 2 twins in the living room area, kitchen with fridge and microwave and cooktop with any needed amenities. Had a heater for cool nights, separate laundry facilities that were just down the steps. Place could use some updating, but for our stay it was the right price and just fine for us "
