"This apartment is so stylish and comfortable. It has so many beautiful details. The location is perfect for walking to many of my favorite Dunedin restaurants and sights too. The only slight negative aspect of our stay was the arguing seagulls on the rooftop in the early morning. I'm not sure how the owner would keep them away though. Overall this apartment is a real find and I would gladly stay here again."

"The photos don't do this place justice!It is a lot bigger than expected, beautiful leafy outlook, quiet and had everything we needed for our 2 nights in Dunedin.It is a bit of a hill to and from town, but Dunedin is a hilly place. Would stay again and would recommends"
