"I suspect this is a totally refurbished Communist-era hotel but it has been refurbished magnificently. It is just over the river from the Central Park and just below the wooded Belvedere, creating a quiet, almost non-urban setting. It is an easy 10 minute walk to all the sights in Cluj and there is a bus stop with a goodconnection to the train station just beside the main entrance. Breakfast was sumptuous and generous too."

"Excellent place to stay, the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful guiding us with a map, marking all the main sites to see in this beautiful city. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of items. "
