"My wife and I had a lovely time here. Samuel's Heritage guest house was very comfortable and quiet. Our room was very spacious and clean. The house sits on a hill on its own deadend road overlooking Waterford and the river, beautiful views. You don't hear a thing at night. It's about a 10 minute drive from the city centre. For breakfast there is everything you could want and plenty of it. Susan is a very welcoming and attentive host. "

The host Cathy is amazing, so friendly and informative. There is a choice of breakfasts and they are all delicious with plenty of food. "we stayed twice, once on day of arrival in Ireland and once on day of leaving. The only problem was that we arrived late at night and it was very difficult to find in the dark as there was no sign visible from the main road. We had to rely on someone from the garage next door to direct us. On our second visit we found it easily of course. Some sort of lighting by the entrance at night would be helpful. "
