"Firstly, i paid Over the phone and upon arrival i was Told that the old management took my payment and that i had To pay another £90. They said they would send me a email explaining what had happened however i have Never received this. Secondly my 15 year old brother lifted his mattress as we could smell something and it smelt like sewage. It got to 2 in the morning and the room next to us were partying all night. They did refund £20 which was used for taxis because it was so far from where we needed to be."
