"Some of the furnishings are older but the rooms are always clean. My room was spacious, had a Keurig, a nice TV, and a new microwave and fridge. The property layout is convenient and the common areas and parking are well lit and on camera. There are vending machines and an ice machine convenient to the rooms. I plan to stay here whenever I’m in New Paltz. "

"The property owners were friendly and attenative. We had a leak in our bathroom and they moved us to a new room immediately when it wasnt a simple fix. They were quick to respond to the issue too. The first room with the leak the beds were rock hard but the room we gor moved to was much nicer with softer beds. It certainly isnt a luxury stay but a descent place to rest your head for the night. "

"This is a conveniently located, clean, comfortable, safe, low-cost, no-frills motel, the kind where you bring your own toiletries and hair-dryer and might have to ask for extra towels. (Think Schitt’s Creek, not fancy nor pretending to be). Beds are great and showers are hot. Everyone at the desk is completely friendly and helpful. I have stayed here multiple times and can totally recommend this property."

"Two things I felt were needed: 1) better lighting outside along the road up to the Atlas. At night time, it is quite dark and the house on the right where we turn was lit up but not the hotel office. It was confusing. 2) A much bigger sign is needed for the hotel office. Again at night is when many guests arrive and once you are inside I had to figure out their old system of picking up the phone and wait for someone to come check me in. "
