"New Haven Hotel I’ve stayed with multiple times due to surgeries at Yale. They were always helpful and very accommodating. Only one visit did I have to yell at the front desk as it was late and post operation recovery where kids were running the halls and jiggling door handles. This made me highly uncomfortable due to my inability to move quickly if needed. Other than that, I wish the hotel had food on site. There are several restaurants behind the hotel that are good but the area is a little sketchy in my opinion so I didn’t feel super safe doing so if I arrived late. The staff is helpful and friendly. While I hope to not have to come back for medical reasons, if I had to I would stay here. The staff always helped and provided accommodation requests I had to make my surgery stay easier: thank you!"

"It was amazing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was very comfortable and the views were spectacular. I upgraded the room to include a sitting area and it was huge. Like a one bedroom. Fifty Area restaurants were very nice and affordable and tasty. Very relaxing getaway and I will definitely come back. "
