"Farther Away was absolutely beautiful. The views of the Atlantic and surrounding coast were spectacular. The cottage is very cozy with 3 bedrooms. The master has a comfy king size bed. Being able to open the shutter doors and have that constant breeze and view from the entire house was so relaxing. The kitchen is totally functional with all the spices and cooking utensils you need. There were big beach towels and beach chairs and other items like bug spray , aloe , shampoo, soap , conditioner....

"The property is dated, needs to be freshened up top to bottom. It is on the fringe of a wooded area nice and quite. The 1 big complaint is that the property owner did not advise us that we were the only visitors to be there most of the time so there would be no food service available, so we had to cook every meal for ourselves. "For a moment I thought my reservation was given away, the gentleman said he thought I wasn't coming. ANYONE WHO BOOKS THIS NEEDS TO CALL THEM AND CONFIRM VERBALLY WITH THE PROPERTY MGR. They did get me sorted and the place was very cute, gated and clean. George checked up on us but everything worked perfectly and we had no problems. "The house is very well located, you do not need a car. The beach is 8 minutes away on foot, the bus stop is 20 meters away from the house. There are very frequent busses. The house is very clean, you have everything you need; but there are no moskito nets, so we brought them with us, which was a good help. We recommend this house."

"I arrived after a long trip to London late in the evening to find the apartment very dirty and have not been cleaned since last guests stayed . Two hours later the apartment manager , very apologetic arranged for a cleaner who came that night and the morning after . The team tried to make amends but basically the cottage is shabby and the whole place is grubby and needs a good lick of paint. The photos on the web site were taken some time ago. "A wonderful find. The property is stand alone with excellent facilities. Exceptionally clean. Everything you need is here. Access to washing machine if needed. Approximately 5 minutes walk to the main road, so everwhere is easily accessible. Jeff was very attentive making sure I had everything I needed, without being intrusive. Very kind and helpful. "We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was a lovely retreat. Our too had a private rooftop pool with on outside grill for entertaining. It was a welcome getaway for quiet solitude to spend our first days together as husband and wife. Would definitely be back and recommend to anyone looking for that extra special private experience. "We stayed at this property for a week. We were so impressed with the room, location and service The owners and the manager were always available , they were perfect hosts The area is amazing, the beach in front is perfect and calm, we swam everyday. Lots of food options, shopping and short walk to the St Lawrence gap We felt very safe even at night when out and about. We met some good friends and certainly plan to return in the near future "
