"Adorable cabin in a lovely area. A nice side yard for the dog.As mentioned, the top level is only 4’ tall. Would have been perfect for smaller children. Not so great for a teen that is 5’7”. We made it work, though!The cabin was cute and cozy and just enough space for all of us. "

"This was a great spot! There’s a brewery and two restaurants a block away and only a short drive to CB downtown (10 minutes). We had a lovely time with our small group of 6."

"This space fit our 3 family group perfectly! The home is conveniently located in Crested Butte South with such easy access to the main part of town and then the resort! The area around the home is extremely scenic with the most picturesque stream running right out the back door! There was snow and just a really great space for the kids (and adults) to play in it. I imagine this space in summer is amazing - without snowing allowing you to utilize even more of the outdoor space! We didn't need host much but when I did reach out, they were always quick to respond and provide answers. Check in on a Sunday afternoon and check out in the wee hours of Friday morning, was a breeze with packet pick up and drop off, less than 1 mile from the home. Check out from the home was easy with clear instructions. Go to Crested Butte, you won't regret it and stay here with you people! "

"The place was very spacious for the 6 of us and the dogs. It’s very close to the mountain and town. Also walking distance to Zuni’s brewery. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home, great place to spend time with family and friends and enjoy the beautiful views. Only issue is that the dishwashers do not clean dishes well, though the rest of the kitchen was so spacious and great for preparing large meals together. "

"Our family of 4 (including 2 teens) and another couple stayed in the cabin for a spring break ski trip. The bedroom layout worked perfectly for us and we really appreciated the comfortable seating in the living room. Plenty of comfy couches and a recliner for everyone to relax in the evening (not always the case at other properties). It was a short drive into the town of CB and to the resort for skiing. The ice maker worked, which was a plus, for those of us that need ice in our beverages. And we did find instructions for the wood stove in the door of the cabinet next to the stove. (This would be better suited for the binder of info though.) We stopped for groceries in Gunnison and picked up a few things in CB later in the week. Kitchen was well appointed, laundry was handy, parking for 2 vehicles. We'd def go back to the Shavano cabin. The only negative was the lack of a recycle bin but we were able to find one to use before we left. Great trip."
