When we had checked out we were sitting in the lobby waiting for a taxi and someone ran down to give us a wallet that we had left in the room, they saved the day. "Very hot in the room. The air-conditioning turned to 16°C with snow symbol but the room was very hot 🔥 just like 30°C. Finally we opened few windows to cool down the room. Otherwise we couldn't sleep."
