This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. 1. Check-In/Out: Adhere to check-in and check-out times. Request early check-in or late check-out in advance.

10. Respect Neighbors: Avoid loud noises and don't trespass on neighboring properties.

11. Parking: Use designated spaces. Don't block driveways or use reserved spots.

12. Amenities: If using shared amenities (like a pool or gym), follow community rules.

13. Security: Lock all doors and windows when leaving.

14. Damage: Report damages or malfunctions. You may be responsible for unreported damages.

15. Trash: Don't leave trash outside the door. Use designated bins or chutes.

16. Personal Items: Take all personal items upon check-out. We're not responsible for items left behind.

17. Communication: Contact us with any questions or concerns. Guests are required to promptly report any issues or concerns to the host during their stay. Failure to notify us immediately may limit our ability to effectively address these issues promptly and could impact the resolution process, including eligibility for refunds or adjustments post-departure. This policy is strictly enforced. Non-compliance may lead to consequences such as reports of inaccurate reviewing, or restrictions on future bookings. We are committed to maintaining the integrity of our reviews and expect all guests to adhere to this rule without exception.

Beautiful location in downtown Cleveland!
Gorgeous stay for a great price! Right across the way from the business college, great parking directly behind the building, and such a safe area! Very close by there is a sports bar that had great food and good vibes. The host was very accommodating! I Would definitely stay here again and I recommend that others should too. :)

This property was perfect for my stay in Cleveland. Clean and had all of of the necessary items. Easy to walk around. The bus stopped right outside if needed to go further. The view of Lake Erie was a bonus for me. I highly recommend this plaxe.

Location, location, location
Purpose of trip was the Rolling Stones concert at Browns stadium on Saturday,with a side trip to the Rock and Roll H.O.F. Except for a late Friday night uber ride into the flats we walked everywhere else both days, including walking home from flats that night and Saturday night when we walked back to flats after the concert....with a stop at casino when leaving flats both nights. Very comfortsble walks, never felt unsafe, and by walking we found a lot of great places to eat or visit the next time we visit Cleveland, just to visit. We couldn't eat at them all in just two days. Apartment had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. Host was always immediately available with any questions. Highly recommended.

Great location and great value
Really great location and the VRBO had everything I needed for a nice and comfortable stay. I have some constructive feedback -- a lot of minor things that would just improve the overall experience: Check-in was a little hectic -- I drove into town and arrived around 4pm, which should have been an hour after check-in starts, but they were still wrapping up cleaning. I also didn't get the check-in information until day-of, which I understand could be because the codes for the door PIN and everything can't be generated until then, but that made it a little nerve-wracking because I had to depart for Cleveland before I knew what the check-in process even was. I had to ask for what I think would be pretty basic details that would have made check-in smoother -- I wasn't told what suite I was in or the wifi password. Thankfully, the host responded immediately when I asked, but it would have been great to just get all of that information before I arrived and asked for it. The bedroom window was also open by just a little bit (probably like a half centimeter at most) and I couldn't close it. Maybe it was stuck or locked that way. It would be great to get that fixed.
