"The hotel is beautiful, especially the lobby is breathtaking. My room was spacious in very nice. The bed was super comfy. Valet service went very well. I got a $14 voucher but they didn't accept it at the rooftop bar, so I used it at The Mark for breakfast, which was not very good (microwaved muffin sandwich). All in all my stay was very enjoyable. "

"I got in very early and was greeted by Alandra; she was so sweet and so nice. She checked me in early and was such a pleasure to talk to and she was very efficient and professional. "

"Outside of the peeling paint on the shower ceiling, the room was perfect. The bed was confortable, enough pillows, it was clean and the walk in shower was great. We appreciate the wall mounted soaps. Did not have the breakfast. "
