"Katie was able to accomodate our needs for a condo at the last minute due to changes of my son's wedding due to Hurricane Helene. The unit was great with view of the water. Convenient to the nice restaurant next door where we did a post wedding brunch . Occasional noise from the delivery vehicles and trash collector for the restaurant next door, but not bad . And we could have used an extra dishwasher pod. Otherwise everything was great and we had a wonderful wedding weekend!"

"We decided to get out of the cold snow of the north, and head south. This condo is in an excellent location, right on the water. It's close to all the restaurants, shopping and attractions. The condo was well maintained and equipped. There were only two of us, but this condo could accommodate 6 with ease. The winding staircase to the second floor loft was unique and having two balconies overlooking the water was a definite bonus. We would definitely stay here again! "

"We have stayed at this property several times. It has everything one could possibly need and it is very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped, and has a good supply of very nice dishes, dishtowels, paper goods, etc. The bathrooms have very nice towels, shampoo, hair dryers, etc. We don't have to bring anything but our clothes and our snacks! "The condo was very clean and spacious. The ease of entry was perfect (1st floor). Communication with the property manager was instant. The neighborhood was quiet and I barely heard others. The only issue that I had was the master bedroom bed was extremely hard. It hurt my hips and back to sleep on. But that would not prevent me from renting this place again! I would rent from here in a heartbeat. "

"My friend and I stayed one night at “Sunny Daze” as we were in the area visiting The Depot at Gibson Mill on an antique hunt. The space was small, cute, and quaint! Perfect for our one night stay! We really liked that the main entry was a coded lock as well as the room coded lock which made us feel nice and safe. The area had a great pizza pub that was in walking distance that we really enjoyed. We Would definitely stay again if traveling in the area ! "

"We love Folly beach, and we visit at least twice in the summer if not more. This condo was as advertised. Perfect location from the beach and a short walk to town and market. It had beach chairs, boogie boars and an umbrella that we used. Honestly if there is one thing i can comment on it would be that the bed was uncomfortable could use a new mattress or a topper. We would stay there again. "

Everytime the upstairs or side neighbors showered, flushed the toilet or ran the water, you heard it running through the walls of this unit.
