"This was a nice house in a great location. It worked very well for my large family. The bedrooms are divided across three floors, which didn’t bother us but could be challenging for some, especially if they have heavy luggage. The house is right across the street from Congress Hall, walking distance to the beach, and super close to shopping and restaurants. "This is a great house. It had even more amenities than listed. It's a very clean, well taken care of property. Everything is labeled and easy to find and the owners have not left out anything for a perfect stay. The location is amazing with beautiful sunsets, a nice beach and a sense of quiet "calm" that left us completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Even our goldendoodle was sad to leave!! "

"My wife, 15-yr old son and friend loved our weekend stay in this convenient, quaint home that was perfectly located and so easy to arrange. Our expectations were exceeded in that this was very easy to park, great location away from the noise of the beach and boardwalk and yet super convenient to get there in a couple minutes walking or driving. Having Mario's pizza a 2" walk, the bay and just a great neighborhood (with sidewalks) surrounding it was really great. We like older homes and this one...

"Really nice efficiency with a nice-sized bathroom. Great location, close to boardwalk, with a bicycle rental joint across the street. Easy walk to the beach. Used street parking and had to walk a couple of blocks (though one evening I got a space right next to the building!). Parking was not terribly challenging, as it wasn't a holiday weekend. "It is a lovely home with nice seashore decor. Lots of parking, seating, eating and relaxing spaces. Two nice porches shared porch off the two Master Bdrms. Small housekeeping issues. Extremely well priced and a really nice quiet street. Did not find a pull out sofa as listed. I assume it was replaced."
