"We absolutely loved our stay at this farmhouse! The rooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfortable. Everything was very clean and organized, even with labels in the kitchen. "We came to Dayton for the Christmas holiday. We needed a space that was large and clean and had room for small children. We had 6 adults and 3 children. We had a 6 month old baby, a 14 month toddler and a 3 year old. The house was not fancy but very clean and comfortable. "We had a great stay at Franklin house. The home was clean and kept up and in a very peaceful setting yet close to things we wanted to do. Kathryn was available when/if we needed her and she is a wonderful Host. We were there for a weekend to visit Amish country, Serpent Mound and Arc of Appalachia.
