"I really loved the location of this property. The house had a nice outdoor patio set to enjoy. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The kitchen was nice. Would have liked a wine opener and wine glasses and few more plates and bowls but it was fine for just myself. The sofa and desk chair in the living room could use a nice steam clean , but overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return."

"Cute, clean, convenient 1 bedroom located in Washington Park within walking distance to NC School of the Arts and to delicious corner cafe/coffee spot/market, beer garden, hot chicken restaurant. Very comfortable stay. Highly recommend, especially for visits to NCSA. Would gladly stay again!"

"We stayed here so we could go to a concert at the Ramkat. This property is literally a block and a half away. The property was clean and well equipped. The guide book was super helpful. There were a lot of places to eat within walking distance. We’d definitely go back!"

"This is a really unique and fun place to stay. Less than 2 miles from HPU and easy parking right out front. Plenty of room to spread out and relax with your group. We could easily fit as many as 8 and our little pup was welcome. If you like to cook the kitchen is very large and well equipped. Our host, Will, was very easy to reach, very responsive and kind. We will be back!"

"We stayed for 2 nights because of a medical trip. This was an excellent home base for my husband and I. The studio was immaculate and probably the cleanest property I have ever stayed in. Everything was comfortable and we were equipped with what we needed and more. I have more trips to come in my future and I would love to stay here again."

"Sofa was uncomfortable due to pronounced sagging. Property manager responses were fast and effective. Front door was warped and desperately needed replacing and insulation around door frame. Unit was well supplied with cleaning materials, etc. there is a periodic leak above the bathtub that appears to come from the floor above. See the stains at the wall/ceiling joint at back of the tub. A small eating table 2 chairs would be nice. Our stay was pleasent and satisfactory."

"Perfect place for us to stay. Clean, kitchen is stocked with basice kitchenware. Appliances all clean and ready to go. It is conveniently located close to downtown. Felt safe and secure. A few little problems. The TV remote batteries were all dead or the remotes didnt work so was unable to use the TV. There were two lights burnt out in the kitchen which made it a bit tough to see while cooking at night. Lots of towels, blankets and a washer/dryer combo. Will stay here again and I highly...
