"The property is like an extension of a house in a beautiful neighborhood. While it is not fancy, it was a very cozy and comfortable one bedroom with an adjoining t.v. room and a bathroom. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts were very informative and friendly when our passes crossed but they leave you alone and allow you the privacy that they also enjoy. There is a microwave, toaster oven and a dorm fridge but i would not plan on cooking anything unless it is toasting a...

"John was the penultimate host: friendly, smart, gracious and helpful. The house is well-lit, beautifully designed and supremely comfortable. Spotless and thoughtfully laid out. Extremely comfortable bed and bedding. It was an ideal spot and conveniently located on several counts. This is the way to go!"

Very quick help via text, when I still had an issue, owner came out to help me. She was super nice & gracious. She even gave her personal contact # if I needed it. Lovely wooded property. "This tiny house is lovely and does not feel tiny. The layout is smart…feels very spacious. It has more than enough room for 2-4 people. It is decorated very tastefully and is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bathroom is pretty large, the neighborhood is quiet other than a nearby train track. The house is well built and insulated so you really don’t hear much noise inside. I highly recommend this house and would definitely rent it again if we come back to Durham!"
