"When we arrived we found the front desk manager, Henry, to be very helpful, even explaining how to walk to the Phillies stadium. Couldn't have a better person at the desk. In fact, all of the staff we encountered were very friendly! However, in our room we found a non- operational air conditioner that had to be replaced while we waited. "For the price we paid a parking lot view was unacceptable for this propery. When wd asked the front desk we were told we needed to request a courtyard view when we booked. We were able to gere our neighbors which was kinda annoying. Staff was very nice."
