"We had a great time in St Croix Falls. Our stay here was enjoyable. The room was keenly decorated. The bed was comfortable, which was a nice surprise. The one improvement would be in the bathroom. More shelves and hooks would be helpful. There was no place to put your toiletry bag when getting ready to go or ready for bed. The shower head was too powerful for the small shower, it almost blew me right out of the stall. Over all I recommed this for a short getaway. "

"Hunters widows weekend annual trip - we were going to the Doe on the Go in Osceola and found this listing - we chose this charming property. We arrived at night to find the fire had been started and there was a cozy snow scene with jazz music in the TV - so welcoming - everything was beautiful and clean from the bath to the reading nook "

"First, I'd like to thank John for hosting us, I've never has such a communicative host. None of my pros or cons were communicated with John directly, it was a busy week. I've got a list of pros and cons for this location: Cons: 1. AC not properly installed in bedroom, held together with masking tape and fills a 5 gallon bucket which must be dumped every 24-48 hours (it's heavy and messy to dump) 2. "We had a relaxing stay. Great restaurants and shops to wander thru. Lake is super clean. Only downside to our party of 4 older gals was steep steps with no handrail and bunkhouse with no bath which didn't work for us. Super clean and well stocked. Thank you Kristen! party of 4"
