"Comfortable house stay, we used as a 1 night stopover on way to Cornwall. It's not particularly scenic, being at the end of an unloved housing estate. The property is clean and practical, but could do with a few tidying up jobs doing. I haven't had to pay a deposit on any other holiday accommodation we have stayed in, it was refunded to us. "

"The apartment was amazingly clean. There was everything in there you could want Communication was outstanding. Very close to all amenities. All within 5 minute walk. I would highly recommend to anyone to use this apartment. Number 10 "

"Booked the house to stay, 5 months in advance. Had no contact from the owner, so emailed with 1 month until stay date. Was assured everything was fine. They contacted a week and half before stay date to cancel due to routine maintenance. Three hours on the phone to book somewhere else, to be told I had to wait 72 hours before we could rebook. Asked to have my money back and was told 14 days for a refund. Shocking service!"

"Well equipped and located holiday home. Lightning quick responses from the host. Highly recommended. Remember to read the information booklet first!"

"Our (very short) stay was terribly disappointing. We arrived at 3pm to find the place hadn't been cleaned well at all, with crumbs and hair around the place, the bathtub full with grimey water and hairs floating in it and wet towels folded and left on the beds. We unfortunately had to leave due to a family emergency at 8pm that same night, so didn't sleep in the house at all, but the host refused to refund any money as we had booked for a 2 night stay. Communication with the host was great...

"Impress by the house. Easy to travel to Bristol and Bath. Everything equipped, very tidy and clean Well responded host We enjoyed our stay and definitely will visit again "
