"The property was exactly as described. The deck was nice, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was really nice. However, the dogs barked at us on arrival, and barked in the middle of the night when Mistie was out of town. They were quiet at night while she was there and we rarely got to be on the deck without being barked at . "At first had trouble getting into the house. Within 2 rings the homeowner answered the phone and apologized about the trouble. Seriously couldn’t have been easier to get ahold of them! Very nice neighborhood and very clean. Only complaint was that the shower rod kept falling down on us when getting in/out of shower"

"We were in Clarksville for a mission and needed a convenient place to stay. The villa worked well for our needs since we were just grabbing a few hours of sleep and showers. The furniture and beds need upgraded, very cheap. The villa needs overall deep cleaning, mold evident on walls and shower. Also a coffee pot would be nice, we left one that we had purchased so hopefully they dont throw it away. Overall a nice stay and very convenient to downtown Clarksville."
