We were given the wrong door code the night before checking in. The manager was extremely unresponsive for the entire stay. Luckily, someone from the cleaning staff reached out to me via text with the correct door code so we were able to enter the house (5 hours after arriving to Lafayette). Communication definitely needs improvement, but the house was lovely...
