"This is a lovely apartment with a great view. There are some things that need improvement, the outdoor chairs are very uncomfortable and seat you so low that I couldn’t see the view over the balustrade. There were a few window winders that were broken and some long term dust on the bedroom window that fell onto the bed when I closed the window. But saying that I enjoyed my time there and loved Nelson bay. "

"Location and views were amazing- couldn’t fault! Entrance and parking for the apartment block is not on Victoria Parade which would have been nice to know- it’s Shoal Bay Rd. "Communication with the rental management company was great and fast. It was on a beautiful beach but the pool was not clean or useable, but that didn’t bother us but may bother some. It was a great location for us - about 15 min walk to coffee/restaurants. The living room furniture was different than pictured. Lots of amenities and dishwasher, laundry was helpful. It was not super clean upon arrival - quite dusty. But all in all a good stay. "

"Excellent location! Just cross the road to the beach. Beach is ideal for children including toddlers. Has a neat barbecue cooking facilities. Apartment was clean and tidy with a full kitchen facilities. Unfortunately, getting in was very tricky with the apartment door lock. Had to ring the agent for help. Fortunately, she had a staff member who happened to be nearby. Otherwise, it was a good stay."

There is plenty of living space to relax in, and having two levels gives the adults privacy from the kids downstairs.
