"Our group - including extended family from 11 to 82, including some visiting from Spain and France - loved our stay at this property. The cottage, really quite a large house, is full of authentic charm, as well as tasteful, cozy decorations and furnishings. I felt completely relaxed and at home and my kids loved the small room with a view over the valley. "My partner and I plus his mother, had an excellent stay at Yabba's hut over Christmas. The location was great, so peaceful and relaxing. How's the serenity!! We loved the cabin and the bbq. "Lot of steps to reach property and only way to unload is to carry luggage - for people with arthritic problems like me this is hard. Needs to be made clear in description. Also difficult to negotiate locking the front door behind oneself since the drop to the first step is quite steep. "Older motel style property that has been renovated quite well. There are some wear and tear issues like paint patching and the air conditioner not working. Stayed in the pet friendly room with a back garden that was really GREAT! Continental breaky was very basic. Worth a note is that there is only one coffee machine that had to be constantly topped up and was so slow in the bean to cup process that there was alway a long wait to get a half decent coffee. An additional coffee machine is highly needed and recommended . For a "resort" was surprised that there is no onsite bar or restaurant. Overall a nice stay and with a pet it really is a great spot due to the large grass area in the courtyard rooms."
