"Stopped here a few times and for an airport hotel, it's one of the better ones. The staff are super friendly and it offers great value for money. The rooms are a little on the cosy side but are well equipped and modern. My only gripe, and this is a personal preference, is that the mattress is too hard and the pillows are not great. One pillow is too low and two pillows is too high. Woke up with a stiff neck and a headache from the pillows. This was sorted out by a lovely hot shower in the modern...

"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The service was 11/10. Really attentive and friendly from all areas. Food menu not extensive but I enjoyed my meal. The pool was lovely. The changing room lockers being code rather than key was great and I liked the facility to be able to dry my costume. The room was spacious and modern with lots of plugs and had a separate shower as well as a bath. There was a fridge but it didn’t seem switched on. Didn’t faff but would have been nice if it was cold....

"Overall the weekend was lovely. The staff are what made it. The main seating area is beautiful but can be draughty. The glass doors at the front door don’t really work and let a lot of cold in. The dining area is a bit of a disappointment atmosphere wise. The lighting too bright, the chairs are awful. It should be more like the red seating area which seemed to be kept for private functions. "One of the best hotels for customer experience I've been to: the staff were helpful, polite and always greeted you with a smile. I had contacted them on booking and said it was a special occasion, and when we arrived there was a lovely card and treat waiting for us as a surprise, such a lovely touch. "Great location! About a 5-10 minute walk to everything in Cambridge. The biggest pain is how bad the traffic is getting to the hotel and really only having the option for valet parking. But it was a wonderful stay. The staff was top notch as were all the facilities. Another guest had room service and left their tray in the hall for what seemed like a very long time. But other wise it was great!"

"Lovely property right next to Cambridge North train station. Dog friendly too! My dog receives a welcome pack with toys. The hotel is clean and also accessible to the bus stop serving Cambridge city centre. There is also a Coop across the street."

"Beautiful cosy cottage in a sweet little village. We had the most wonderful mid week family break. Very nicely decorated with everything you would need. Steep stairs and uneven floors but nothing we couldn't cope with-added to the fun! We took the new family puppy and it was in a perfect location for the county park and lovely walks. Would definitely recommend and hope to go back!!"

"Very close to town, shops and transportation. Easy access to freeway. About 90 minutes from central London, if you need to go into town. I rented a car but you don't really need one as the town center is a 15 minute walk. Beautiful location, friendly neighbors, what's not to like."
