"Virtually everything was excellent. From the size of the unit to the materials within, we had a wonderful experience. All the contact information was great (pictures made everything easy to understand). Of note, we had a minor crisis when an electrical issue locked us out of the unit. "Wonderful apartment in an enchanting area of Lyon. All very clean and beautifully furnished. It would have been useful if the hosts had put the name of the apartment on the outside of the apartment door to aid ease of identification. Otherwise an excellent dwelling in an area steeped in history. "

"Our second visit to Lyon was exceptional due in large part to this wonderful apartment. All the amenities were as advertised, and the location was perfect. Right next door to a pastry shop and across the street from a coffee shop and a grocery. Pascal the conciergerie met us with keys and a tour and even helped us get hooked up to the WiFi. 5 stars."

"There was so much to like about this apartment set in a lovely garden environment and the location near the station, engaging friendly staff in the restaurants, Lumière so close. It felt very safe, but that was also a bit tricky with all the security and doors from the carport"

"Yes, the stairs are daunting, but once in the apartment, we found it charming, spacious, well-stocked, and convenient. The location, between the stop for the bus to Part--Dieu, and Vieux Lyon, was perfect. Check-in was especially welcoming."

"Good value for the price. More information about where to get groceries and a place to dry clothes would have been helpful. Also, some paper towels upon arrival, or dish towels would have been helpful. It was quite hot when we were there. More fans would have been appreciated."

"I stayed there for one night, The staff was helpful and friendly. I had to arrive late at night and they prepared everything for me to find the key. There is carpet in the rooms, which I don't like and there was no eggs for breakfast (but it's France, people don't have eggs in the morning)"

"Excellent service at the check in by Anthony who was professional, very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the property. We absolutely love the room, lots of space and quiet. The restaurant on site Les téléphones was gorgeous regarding the service by Lisa and Thibault and the food too. We enjoyed our stay with all of you. We definitely appreciate the excellent service at your hotel in different departments. Thank you to provide this level of service in this charming and historic place. "

Superb boutique hotel in a great location

"A fabulous small boutique hotel in a great central location for visiting major sights in Lyon. Hotel was clean , welcoming and tasteful . It is an " on demand " hotel as the staff put it so if you want water or kettle you have to request them and go and get them from reception. No frills or extras in the room , no slippers , dressing gown or fridge nor did we have a mirror in the room only one head and shoulders standard mirror in the bathroom which was a minor irritation. Room was large, with comfortable beds . We had 2 singles as I was travelling with my daughter. We had a great view of the river and full length windows that opened fully which was a bonus, made the room light and airy . I can't comment on breakfast as we didn't have it, plenty of boulangerie within 2 minutes walk. If you want authentic restaurants keep away from The old town as it is very touristy and not representative of the fabulous restaurants available in Lyon All in all a great hotel for a short break . Request a river view it's definitely worth the extra cost . I will most certainly stay here again on my next visit as I have a daughter in Lyon for a year."
