"The hotel listed having a kitchen and bar. The kitchen was limited to offering a mediocre breakfast. The bar was limited to selling one type of beer, no wine nor cocktails. The amenities included a gym. A small, dark room with three aerobic devices does not count as a gym. The staff were helpful and nice. "

"Location convenient but late night concert outdoors across the street til 1:30 am made sleep impossible. Excellent breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. But property needs maintenance. TV in room did not work, one bedside lamp did not work, AC not effective. Pool deck had broken boards."

"Alma Histórica is a wonderful little hotel in a quiet neighborhood in the old city. Each room is themed and unique. There are restaurants and shopping within walking distance, and there is limited parking on the street. The staff are wonderful and super helpful, and I can’t say enough about them. It’s near the port and the Museo del Carnaval, so if you are there during Carnaval season, you can walk to see the tablados. "

"Well located in the old town. Although an old building, it is suitably upgraded within. Friendly staff. A little difficult to navigate to it's off-site parking site (use your Google Maps). The breakfast is very light, but there are great restaurants and grocery stores within easy walking distance. "
