"Little gem in a crowded urban area. Secure scan entrance. Once inside, quiet, nice, clean and modern. All staff I dealt with were pleasant and upbeat. Room was clean and modern. Only thing to consider is that the bathroom is small and tight space. I’m 5’7”, so if you’re a bigger person, you might struggle with the space. Otherwise, great 3 night stay for me. "

"El hotel es pequeño y decente, bien situado no esperen lujos. Suficiente para ir de visita a Montevideo para hacer sus gestiones, tiene TV y aire acondicionado y un ventilador de techo. Esta bien situado diagonal a Starbucks. No causa buena impresion pero conforme fui conociendo el area me senti tranquila y segura. "

"The neighborhood is in the process of being revitalized. It seemed to have abandoned buildings around Ciudad Vieja. Most of the developing areas were near the Mercado Puerto which is about 10minute from Circus Hotel. The location of the hotel was within walking distance of the Plaza Independencia. Sofía at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.. I opted for the private room accomodation. It was spacious and clean. The bed was two twin beds put together . Air conditioner worked very well....

"We had a great stay at the Don Boutique. The entire staff—from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the maintenance men—simply could not have been friendlier or more accommodating! The location is super convenient to the port for BuqueBus ferries, and the hotel overlooks the old Port Market. The room was spacious, if a bit dated. But it was still a very comfortable stay. "
