"This is definitely not a boutique hotel. It’s a roadside motel. The room was a little run down but comfortable. Leaking sink. Lack of sockets for a room with two double beds. Pool is very small and the area around is was not clean or comfortable. Was good value compared to the cost of hotels that were in the centre of Campeche which is about 15 minutes away by car. "

"After we booked, there was no communication from the host. I emailed several times looking for the entry process, but I received no response. I called, but I received no response. On the day of the stay, we finally got a hold of someone. They said they couldn't rent to us because the AC wasn't working. I told them that it was no issue; we would still take the place. "The hotel is on. However furniture is chipped, elevators kept going out of service, the TV had no acces to airplay and no Netflix or any other streaming apps. The restaurant had very little options and it is ugly as hell. The bedding was ok, although clean the pillows and blankets were not the most comfortable. Great location, very friendly staff, the pool was freezing. Definitely needs an upgrade. "
