"We had a fairly small room but good, comfortable bed. The added bonus for us was the valet parking that worked amazing. Even though the hotel is in the city center, we could park, unload the car and then we left the key in the reception and it was parked. On the departing day we ordered the car for noon and no problem. Superb service! We will come back for sure!"

"I have selected this hotel primarily because of the location, which was as central as one can imagine. All sights were within 10 min walk. Dozens of restaurants (of all price ranges) within 5 min walk. But after 10 pm everything was getting very quiet - no noise, nothing. But what was also superb was the staff. Everybody was going out of their way to help you. When they realized that I will most likely get lost with directions to the nearest parking garage (which in Italy is very easy), the porter jumped on his electric scooter, extricated me from a dead end street, led me to the garage, explained how to use the payment system and how to get back to the hotel on foot. Very good breakfast, with everything prepared right there and then. Any question answered and any request was done immediately and with a smile. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"Perfect location, so close to the open theatre, restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was ready for us even though we arrived in the morning. Our room was small but the bed was comfortable and it was handy having bedside tables that charge your phone wireless. The bathroom was a little tired but shower was powerful and we had a balcony with a view of the theatre. We loved the rooftop bar, even if the drinks were a little pricey. The complimentary appetisers were delicious though. Breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again! The only suggestion I’d have is, it would be nice if the hotel celebrated special occasions with something complimentary in the room like a bottle of wine or chocolates. They knew it was for a special occasion but they only offered for us to pay for balloons, flowers or wine. It would have just made it extra special."
