"The apartment is within easy walking distance of Lake Champlain and Church Street. It is not easy walking distance to UVM, but a very short drive. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with very steep wooden stairs, so be aware if you have physical limitations. The ceilings in the apartment are also very low in places, so if you’re much over 6’ tall you might be uncomfortable. Finding parking was easy as there is a dedicated space for the renter and clear directions on how to find it. We had one minor issue during our stay and the owner responded quickly and satisfactorily. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and though weather prevented us from using the deck, it looked like a nice area to hang out on a good day. "
