"The hotel location was wonderful. Breakfast was ample and excellent. The hotel amenities and restaurants were excellent. The pool was especially lovely and was near the sea. The only thing that I could recommend improving would be adding a tea service in the room and doing some updating in the room as it was starting to look a little frayed around the edges. The balcony was also very nice. "

"We arrived at the hotel and the hotel was amazing from the outside. The first day, everything was fine. No issues and we was satisfied. However, the rest of the holiday there was no air condition while the tempature was 30degrees. It was roasting throughout the whole holiday in the room. The second day, we was in the lift, it was 02:05 in the morning hours and the lift failed and dropped from the first floor. We was stuck in the lift for about 20 minutes with no help. "We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. We booked Premium Apartment, 2 Bedrooms, the apartment was very nice and elegant in decoration, rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was with our reservation, it was by order not a buffet which was a fantastic choice for us. Many dishes were served. All staff made our stay fantastic specially Ms Teodora. She has arranged almost everything for us from arrival to the hotel till the end of our journey in Tivat!"

"We had a wonderful 5 nights stay in Kotor. The location of maison W is perfect. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. There are many restaurants along the waterfront right by the appts. When we first approached the surrounding area it didn’t look as pretty as we expected however that was our only fleeting concern and it soon diminished. We would recommend a private boat tour, walking the fortress wall and going up the cable car and mountain coaster. "
