"Lovely place, and amazing service! The location is at walking distance from old town (15 min), but it's also a place that's nice to stay at for a full day. The only downside we experienced was the lack of an actual beach - the free access to sunbeds were great, but the pontoon by the restaurant was a bit shaded and it'd tricky to jump around if you wan't to catch the sun the full day. "Negative experience. The room was dirty, facilities broken, e.g.: WC and sink were leaking water. When telling this to the host, he mentioned that rooms are cleaned every day, if that is true (which we do not believe), the standard of cleaning is equal to non-existent. Also he said that someone will be sent to solve the bathroom leakages, but it did not happen. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! We highly recommend staying here. The staff were kind and welcoming, the location was quiet and a perfect distance away from city center Kotor, the room was spacious and wonderful and the breakfast was great (good variety). We would stay again!"

Great place to stay but go to another country

"The host was wonderful. Without him the stay would have been difficult as it is a ridiculous country. Example is there was a two day holiday where all the stores were closed. I could not even buy a large bottle of water or snacks. The host gave me one of his personal bottles. The host helped arrange a taxi at local prices which saved me from having to negotiate with a driver. "

Amazing staff and a wonderful hotel

"Lovely staff made all the difference. We arrived early just to drop off our bags and head back out but they immediately offered us to take breakfast and coffee/tea whilst we await a taxi. Rooms are really nice and modern, comfortable and quiet with a lovely view from the balcony."

"Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! Rating: ★★★★★ We had an amazing holiday at this hotel. The place was beautiful, spotless, and located in a quiet, scenic area surrounded by mountains. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always greeted us with a smile. Their service was top-notch. The only downside was that our room’s hot tub was faulty. Maintenance kept coming in and out, which was disruptive. It would have been better if they’d moved us sooner. Eventually, we were given a new room with a working hot tub, which was lovely. One suggestion: add covered umbrellas over hot tubs for rainy days. We had to stay indoors for days because we couldn’t use it in the rain. Other than that, everything was perfect. Worth every penny! "
