"This was the best kept secret on my my month long trip to Europe. Room and bathroom were large, clean, and comfortable. The owner put a lot of resources in the rehab of this old convent. Great facility and the dining room was excellent."

Only dropped 1 point on comfort as it just happened it was 36 degree last night and the bedrooms were really hot nothing you do about it really. Next time we may bring a small fan. "From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we were looked after very well by Phillipe, Natasha and the staff. Our room was very comfortable, the bathroom was a good size and the shower was very good. However, for us the highest marks should go to to the food. The breakfast had an excellent European choice. The dinners were superb. The menu was changed everyday and there was a limited but good choice of dishes. Every dish was beautifully presented and delicious. The fish and desserts...
