"Very nice room, with everything working. The food was excellent - quality ingredients and beautifully presented on the plates. Speaking personally I would have liked a few more of those lovely vegetables to accompany the very tasty belly pork main course! Plenty of parking - very close to the accommodation. Very helpful and friendly reception staff. We will be back!"

"Really enjoyable stay after a frustrating journey and was met with a lovely welcome by Kris. The room was fab, bed really comfortable and the freshly cooked breakfast with local produce was delightful. We will definitely be returning "

"We stayed here for 1 night on our return from Ireland on the late ferry. Very easy check in - the owner couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent breakfast, very clean, and most important to us DOG FRIENDLY !."

"We didn't quite understand the check in process nor the lock box. We had made the reservation earlier that day and were unable to get email. Once we did and texted, it was explained how to enter and all was well. Worked very well for us."

"This was a wonderful place to stay. It was warm, hosts were Soooo inviting, nothing was too much. The decor is well thought out, you want for nothing! The hosts have considered everything!!! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the rooms are quiet! We will be back! Thankyou!!"

"We had a wonderful time. Cwmllan feels back in time in the best way. Some reviewers seemed critical of the water pressure from the spring-fed water system but this didn't bother us much at all. It's a place to go slower, not to be rushing around! Lovely neighbours and beautiful surroundings. Wonderful choice of walks and a good old-school DVD collection for cosy rainy nights in. Highly recommended. "
