"Went to make coffee first morning coffee pot was busted, no bottom. No tea towel to dry dishes, no hand towel in bathroom and no pool towels, used our bath towels for the pool. We weren’t told that there is a charge to clean our room at the end of our stay, was a complete surprise. Expedia you need to let your clients know of the charge."

"Playa Grande is the perfect getaway. Three pools, snack bar, onsite store, walkable beach.The condo we stayed in was well appointed, comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hosts were very accessible, and responded in a very timely manner to any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely return."

"it was good. Small one bedroom condo that may accomodate an extra couple of guest. The bed is comfty. There are enough kitchen items for you to cook. It has a washer but no drier. We loved the view. "What a great spot! Immaculate two bedroom two bathroom, sweet little condo with a million dollar view. The owner of the condo Wylie helped arrange transportation from the airport via the property caretaker Roberto. Both were so helpful and accommodating and responded immediately to any questions we had. When we arrived there was cold beer in the fridge and a nice bottle wine waiting for us. Tons of restaurants around, and lots within walking distance. Big grocery stores only a short bus ride...

"Firstly the property was empty, the TV brand new like we had to remove the plastic. We needed a cab so the lady sent (presumably) her husband on a dirt bike into town to fetch one as they were taking awhile. Pool was beautiful rooms were clean, common area was well put together. I had asked how I prepare coffee and she said that she would take care of it. We had a wake up call at 8:50 of a girl with a pot of coffee she was dropping off. This was my only gripe and likely due to a translation...
