Buenas noches realmente pague por tres dias habitación y nunca estuve hospedada , cuando pedimos la habitación no estaba lista y regresamos por la tarde y cuando entramos la habitación era un cajón no tenía ventanas . Y nos fuimos tengo inmenso miedo a estar encerrada. Nunca estuve hospedada pero tampo me devolvieron lo que pague por el hospedaje q yo compré con opción a cancelar gratis

Descriptif mensonger / Déférencement demandé
Pour commencer l'hotel a refusé notre check in car il n'avait pas notre réservation alors qu'elle avait été payée. J'avais pourtant appele l hotel comme le demande votre descriptif pour les informer de notre heure d'arrivée. Après plus de 3h de discussions nous avons enfin pu accéder à notre chambre. Elle était très sale et dans un état catastrophique. Le lendemain nous voulons nous rendre a Cienfuengos situé selon le descriptig à quelques minutes et dizaines de minutes à pied de l'hotel. C'est archi faux l hotel est à 15 mn en voiture des monuments cités. Or j'avais choisi cet hotel car il était à proximité des centres d'interet de Cienfuengos, 30 ou 40 mn de marche nous convenant parfaitement. Or comme je vous l'ai dit plus haut, c'était plutôt à 15 mn en voiture ou plus. Donc le descriptif est mensonger et trompeur. Le 1er jour à notre arrivée la piscine était impraticable car l'eau de couleur douteuse avec plein d'objets dedans. Le lendemain elle était vidée. Et le surlendemain les peintres étaient à l'œuvre en train de repeindre la piscine. Quant à la pension complète c'était également une catastrophe : coktail de fruits du petit dej au repas du soir, fromage et jambon coupon en cube. C'est tres cher payé. Nous n'avons passé que 2 nuits dans cet hotel, le temps d 'en trouver un autre Et pour terminer le jour de notre départ l hotel nous a présenté une facture pour les 2 nuits passées que j'ai refusé de payer. Je demande donc un dédommagement total

Leider war viel Party und laute Musik am Pool und viel Müll für deutsche Verhältnisse.. Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt leider 3km ausserhalb der Stadt . Taxi ist einzige Chance .

Plus que décevant. Eloigné de tout, cet hôtel qui se voudrait club, n'est accessible qu'en taxi ou en voiture et constitue une manière de piège car il n'y a rien à faire à part y dormir. Pas de plage véritable. Restaurant incapable de servir ce qui figure à la carte, dont le personnel ne parle pas l'anglais... Ne justifie pas les trois étoiles qu'il se donne... Préférer une casa particular en ville.
