No room despite guaranteed booking
Beware! My guaranteed booking was not honored, when I arrived, I was informed that the casa has not accepted guests for over a year because of the pandemic. I had already paid for the room. With the help of hotels.com, I got a refund but still, I had to find another place to stay.
