Detached house on the avenue de l'escale in Ciboure - St Jean de Luz: completely renovated in 2014.

Accommodation can accommodate up to 5 people, ideal family with 3 children.

Description of this unique place:

-> An entrance living room with a living room, a wall led tv (80cm), with ocean views.

-> A dining room with open kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, coffee maker Nespresso Krups with capsules and filter, m
multifunction icro-waves, hood cooking gas city ..) and can accommodate 8 guests at table always enjoying a moment meal in front of the oceanic landscape.

-> A bathroom modern double basin and led mirror equipped with a large shower, hanging toilet, wall mounted hair dryer and towel dryer connected to the central heating.

-> Two bedrooms:
- a parental equipped with a bed 160 cm, a TV and DVD player, two cabinets.
- one for children consisting of three folding single beds leaving space during the day to play, entertain: ideal for children.

Lovely home, beautiful vieuw & kind owners
We stayed for 4 nights in this great home, with gorgeous view at the ocean. Just 1 day before arrival, we mailed Philippe if we maybe could stay in this place. We got answers really quick; kind replies and a warm and friendly welcome at the home when we arrived. All was taken care very friendly and thouroughly. We were with 3, but it is surely large enough for 5 since the second room has 3 beds (3 children will have a great room). The rooms all look neat, and are modern equiped. The kitchen has a large table that is big enough for all. We didn't use the living a lot, for we love to be outside and surf. The house has a beautiful view. From the balcony it was quit easy to see how to waves would be for that day ;-). We had a great stay and are Philippe and his wife very thankfull for their help and quick service.

Perfect location with a great seaview
We had a great stay at this villa which is perfectly located, very close to the beautiful beaches (one is only 200 m away, just at the bottom of the street, and the next just 600 m), but also not far from the town centres of Ciboure/Socoa and St-Jean-de-Luz with bakeries, shops and restaurants (all in walking distance). The view from the large terrace is wonderful! We really enjoyed it.

Un moment extrêmement agréable dans le sud ouest!
Cadre très agréable, plage idéal grâce aux marées et en contrebas de la location à 200m qui permet de profiter d'une plage quasi vide toute la journée et même accessible avec des tous petits. Propriétaire disponible, qui répond rapidement aux demandes d'info, très bien organisé et extrêmement aimable. Bref, un très bon moment en famille dans un environnement génial... Nous RECOMMANDONS!!! Et l'appartement est très très fonctionnel! Merci encore pour tout et a bientot La petite famille qui vous remercie encore..

Belles vacances malgré le temps
