"The room is not sound proof. The sound from the air con unit and plumbing is terrible. Though ear plugs provided but still could have been better. Only single key provided and no security latch or eye viewer. "

"Cigarette smell smoking is forbidden but I think the guests do not comply. Small step in front power chair has to be lifted. Help very nice and checkout was noon!"

"The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the complementary breakfast and tea service was enjoyable. We spent time in the dinning room after our daily adventures and it was a pleasant way to unwind. The hotel was also walkable to both the Red and Orange Metro lines. Our room included a couch, side table and chair, along with a full length mirror. There was plenty of space to open two clamshell luggages. "
