We alerted management and they immediately investigated and decided to move us to another block which was awesome. We were told those people had been there for a week, and that it was unlikely they would stop the behaviour, whilst its not an emergency housing provider, it was evident there are ways WINZ goes about housing people without catergorising people under emergency housing.
