"Excellent hote with modern, soacious and comfortable room. Lovely bathroom, great facilities. The spa however comes at an additional cost, which you would expect for treatments but I thought they had a pool and it turns out to be a hydrotherapy pool so not included with the hotel stay which was a disappointment. I didn't eat in the restaurant other than for breakfast which was excellent with a good choice of food from the buffet. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the hotel was in a good location only a short walk to Cardiff Arms Park and the town center with loads of bars and restaurants."

"Firstly the hotel is in the middle of the city and only a 15 minute walk from Bristol temple meads station which makes it perfectly situated. The hotel is in a gorgeous part of the city in the middle of old Bristol. The service was superb with book in really easy and friendly staff. Room was clean and I’d stay here again without a second thought."

"This was my third stay at Bristol Royal Marriott. Staff have been lovely on all occasions and my room clean and of a very good standard. There is a relaxed vibe to the hotel which is within easy reach of all of Bristols attractions and there is parking on site which i have used on my two previous visits. Reasonably priced. "

"Not a very inspiring entrance through a shopping mall but received a warm welcome. Good sized room, nicely decorated but with permanently shaded windows so limited light and literally no view or fresh air possible. Nice bathroom, good shower. Noise from a nearly staff area heard through the walls. Decent breakfast buffet. Didn’t know about the discounted parking at NCP until check in when had already paid - please make this info more accessible in advance!"
